Cancellation and Refund Policy

Last updated: initial draft, pending legal review.

1. Right of withdrawal

Under Argentina's Consumer Protection Law (Ley 24.240), providers have the right to cancel within 10 calendar days of confirming the subscription, at no cost and without needing to justify it, as long as the service hasn't already been effectively used (listing published and generating value).

2. How to cancel

The subscription can be cancelled at any time from the provider panel or via WhatsApp. Once cancelled, the subscription stops renewing; depending on timing, the listing may remain published until the end of the already-paid period.

3. Payments already made

Subscription periods already used (listing published) are non-refundable, except for the 10-day right of withdrawal above. If there's a billing error, contact us and we'll sort it out.

4. Unpublishing for non-payment

If a payment fails, the listing has a grace period of a few days before being automatically unpublished. If payment is resolved within that window, the listing stays published without interruption.
