1. What data we collect

From providers: business name, phone or email, location, photos and their listing details. From tourists leaving a review: name and comment (no account required). We also log anonymous usage metrics (views, clicks) without personal data.

2. What we use it for

To publish and display listings on the site, process subscription payments, send account-related notifications to providers (payment received, listing approved, etc.), and display public tourist reviews.

3. Who we share data with

With MercadoPago to process payments, and with infrastructure providers (hosting, email delivery) strictly necessary to run the site. We do not sell data to third parties.

4. Your rights

A provider can request correction or deletion of their data at any time via WhatsApp. A tourist who left a review can request its removal through the same contact channels.
