1. What is Fiambalá

Fiambalá (fiambala.com.ar) is an online tourist directory connecting tourism service and product providers in Fiambalá (Catamarca, Argentina) with tourists looking for lodging, food, activities and local shops.

2. Provider sign-up

Providers sign up via WhatsApp or the website, submit their business details, and subscribe to a recurring plan to publish their listing. Listings are subject to review and approval by the site administrator before going live.

3. Subscription and payments

The service is billed through a recurring subscription processed by MercadoPago. The first period may include a free trial. If a payment fails, the listing has a grace period before being automatically unpublished.

4. Content responsibility

Each provider is responsible for the accuracy of the information on their listing. Fiambalá does not guarantee the quality of services offered by listed providers and is not a party to transactions between providers and tourists.

5. Unclaimed listings

Some listings may be pre-loaded by the administrator with public information about known businesses, without the owner having requested it. These listings show an "unverified" notice and can be claimed by the real owner, or removed on request, via the site's WhatsApp.

6. Changes

These terms may be updated over time. Relevant changes will be communicated to providers with an active account.
